We are outraged when Zambia rejects our (genetically engineered) corn in the midst of a drought-induced food security crisis. “Don't they understand risk benefit analysis?” we say indignantly. So much so it's even detected in air and rain samples. Interested undergraduate students would work with faculty in the college of Agricultural Sciences to submit a funding proposal to cover wage and supply expenses working with a research group.
